Swedbank has decided to become a leading digital bank in our home markets. The job is to leverage your analytical expertise; you will work with data capture and other information to support colleagues with insights and decisions.

The responsibilities of the role are outlined below:

  • Monitoring the digitalised credit decision making from a quantitative perspective in order to evaluate the operational effectiveness, propose change initiatives and ensure quality;
  • Execute from a model perspective regular reviews of components of the digital credit process to improve performance and mitigate risks;
  • Work in an international and cross-functional environment with data and digital engineering colleagues to improve data capture and digital flow understanding;
  • Support other non-technical colleagues with analytical insights, reporting and in decisions;

What you need to succeed

The role requires an individual that understand data modelling. The person requires experience in the analytical methods used to manage digital and automated lending processes.

The specific requirements of the role are outlined below:

  • High aptitude and enthusiasm for problem solving utilizing risk modelling and analysis, including deep excel skills.
  • University degree preferably in a technical field such as statistics / mathematics, economics or computer science;
  • Programming experience within an analytical framework (e.g. R / Python / SAS / SPSS);
  • Experience from working with large scale data is an advantage;
  • Good English skills, written and spoken.

In Swedbank salary offer for the final candidate is determined based on the predefined salary ranges for the position, and depends on the level of competence and experience of the candidate. Salary is one part of the overall remuneration including variety of other benefits and many opportunities provided by Swedbank.
